Shikanoin Heizou

Shikanoin Heizou just joined Genshin Impact in Version 2.8 (July 2022). He’s the 51st playable character, but he’s special because he’s the first male character to use a Catalyst. Plus, he’s the first Anemo vision holder to bring a magic book to a swordfight. And get this – he’s the first Catalyst user to actually punch people in combat (with elementally-charged attacks, of course). Basically, he’s breaking all the rules and fighting up close with his fists instead of a weapon.

Genshin Impact 3.6 Shikanoin Heizou Skills/Talents

Normal Attack: Fudou Style Martial Arts

Normal Attack

Can throw up to 5 punches with wind power, causing Anemo damage.

Charged Attack

Uses up some of your Stamina to do a sweeping kick that causes Anemo damage.

Plunging Attack

Heizou jumps down from the sky with the help of the strong wind, hitting all enemies on the way and causing some Anemo damage when he lands.

Elemental Skill: Heartstopper Strike

Press

Uses the quick winds to unleash a Heartstopper Strike that causes damage with Anemo element.

Hold

He charges up his energy to deliver a super strong hit. While he’s charging, he gets the Declension effect that makes his Heartstopper Strike even more powerful. Then, when he lets go of the skill button or the charging time runs out, he smacks the enemy with some Anemo damage.

Declension

When you have 4 stacks of Declension, the next Heartstopper Strike will be supercharged and have a bigger area of effect. You can stack up to 4 times for maximum power. Plus, the Conviction effect kicks in at 4 stacks.

Elemental Burst: Windmuster Kick

Jumps up, whips out the Fudou Style Vacuum Slugger, and gives their opponent a good kick. The Slugger goes boom on impact, making a Windtunnel that sucks in everything nearby, causing big Anemo damage to anyone caught in the blast.

So, when you use the Fudou Style Vacuum Slugger move on any enemies that are wet, on fire, frozen, or zapped, they’ll get smacked with Windmuster Iris. Then, BOOM! Windmuster Iris pops and causes damage to anyone nearby based on the elemental effect they were hit with.

So basically, with the Fudou Style Vacuum Slugger, you can mess up four enemies at once with the Windmuster Iris. But just a heads up, you can’t hit the same enemy with different elemental Irises at once.
